Course Overview

The ability to evaluate the financial position of an organization is a valuable skill for any manager to have. The Financial Performance workshop is aimed to give participants a deep understanding of the performance of an organization from a financial perspective.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to interpret financial statements in a precise way, how to measure the financial position of any organization under different types of industries, and how to present and write financial reports accurately in order to make appropriate and strategic financial decisions.
